- Develop top notch websites with latest Rails skill set.
- Using Devise, Carrierwave, Cancancan, Sidekiq, Kaminari, Gon, ... for your projects.
- Deploy website for hundreds thousands of users to AWS with ALB or Heroku.
- Design and implement Restful API for React/Angular web apps or mobile apps
- Writting Rspec, unit test or integration Capypara
- Profiling, debug and improve performance.
- ReactJS/Angular knowledge is big plus.

- Knowing database queries and performance
- Understand pros and cons of Ruby on Rails

- OOP, SOLID and other design patterns
- Willing to learn daily.
- ReactJS/Angular knowledge is big plus.
