To provide support of video delivery network system to customer. By joining the us, you have a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in video delivery network system and world-class international experts in Europe. You will work with customer worldwide. A training of system will be provided by qualified foreigner experts.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Support end-customers and partners globally as a member of the global services team
- Give customer advice on how to use the system, provide troubleshooting support, corrective actions and root cause analysis
- Close cooperation with R&D; and Solution Architects to find solutions and solve customer issues
- Participate in On call 24/7 rota for customers Emergency cases
- Actively contribute to Customer satisfaction

Your Skills and Experience
- University Qualification in Software Engineering or a related degree
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position and relevant experience
- Good at spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization, problem-solving, planning and time management skills.
