Hansen Technologies is a global CIS/BSS provider servicing the Utilities, Pay TV and Telecommunications industries. We have 14 global offices and deliver billing solutions to customers in 80 counties. Be part of the Hansen development team as a .NET developer. This role provides you with the opportunity to work with a variety of products and with other high performing developers. To analyze change requests from customers and design / implement technical solutions of high quality within agreed estimates / designs & timeframes.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to work with our Global Team, specifically the United States, to provide quality services to external managed service clients as well as internal business units. This job will offer you opportunities to work in diverse environments and be responsible for the provision of system support across multiple domains.
Scope
Provide technical direction and guidance to the delivery team and take responsibility for project deliverables in Agile teams. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Develop Technical Specifications documents.
- Design and programming of agreed developments / modifications to system.
- Assist other developers in the design of their components.
- Liaise with BAs to ensure understanding of client’s requirements.
- Assist BA’s with definition of customer requirements.
- Unit testing of code and quality assurance of system.
- Resolve issues relating to the integration of project deliverables.
- Promotion of benefits of system to existing and new customers.
- Ensure established standards and procedures are followed at all times.
Working hour: 3pm - 12am

Your Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and appropriate tertiary qualifications.
- Microsoft technology stack knowledge.
- Proven, hands-on experience with .NET development:
- Design, development, testing and deployment.
- .NET design patterns & practices.
- Integration using C#, XML & Entity framework.
- Web development using ASP.NET & JavaScript utilizing frameworks such as Angular.
- Integrating with RESTFul based web services.
- Database development using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enterprise software and web development experience.
- Experience working in an agile team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to interface with the United States team, working a schedule from 3 pm - midnight.
Desirable:
- Utilities knowledge.
