Job description
- Daily Reconcile escrow bank statements with transactions on ZaloPay or 123Pay system on tool and then upload data into Accounting software (ORC_ERP), and make the reconciliation after upload data
- Daily checking settlement reports which are prepared by Operation team, import or input accounting entries into Account Receivable Module and then transfer to the Payable accountant for making payment for merchants
- Daily Checking escrow bank statements and answer the settlement status of the transaction to Operation team or CS team
- Monthly prepare merchant balance report and make the reconciliation with ZaloPay system

Requirement
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable
- Knowledge of office administration and procedure
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting principals
- Proficient in relevant computer software, (familiar with Oracle ERP is the priority)
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of payment gateway or e-wallet industry
- 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
