Harvey Nash's client is a leading supplier of semiconductor-based solutions, offering a comprehensive portfolio of energy efficient connectivity, sensing, power management, logic, timing, discrete, and custom devices. They are looking for IT Network Engineer, who is responsible for:

• Responsible to provide daily operation support for Global network infrastructure.
• Manage network incidents and outages and work to resolve within stipulated SLAs.
• Work with outsourcing partners for support on MPLS networks and Cloud providers.
• Provide ongoing post support for infrastructure equipment (Cisco/HP); Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, Load-Balancers, Identity Management, PBX and DNS/DHCP servers.
• Manage the asset life cycle, monitoring to configuration management.
• Ensure control changes discipline for equipment configuration. Follow documented processes & procedures consistently.
• Develop a patch management cycle for network equipment to conform to IT security standards.
• Maintain all network documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in training and travelling workshops.
• Expect 10% travelling to Global sites for network projects.

• Working at Dong Nai province
• Bachelor’s degree in Networking & Infrastructure
• CCNA, CCNP certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Mandatory 5 years or more working experiences with LAN and WAN networking technologies in a Global Data Center or NOC environment, with exposure to support multiple network platforms in a 24x7x 365 environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written in English.
• Proactive and strong ownership of assigned tasks.
