EdgeWorks is a German software research and development company, established in 2007.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (1.5-hour lunch break)

Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Admin:

• Reception; managing general office administration
• Coordinating business trips (booking for hotels/flights/ transportations)
• Preparing and managing employees’ file: information, contract, performance...
• Preparing and submitting administrative formalities;
• Responsibility for Union activities, finance, reports.

HR:

• Following up the recruitment process: manage recruitment posts, screen CVs, job offer, etc.
• In charge of employee compliance to HR’s policy and local labor laws like punctuality, compliance to company’s HR policy, personal filing and data confidentiality, etc.
• Handling payroll processing of the company, which include processing and submitting personal income tax, health & social contribution, etc.;
• Organizing company events and activities;
• Summing up and reporting updates to Head of department;
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Department or Board of Directors.

• Must: Bachelor degree in Law or Human Resources Management
• Good English skills;
• Good at time management; Able to work under pressure;
• Good at both individual and team work; Good communication skill
• Honest, willing to face challenges and learn new things
• Quickly adapt to change
• Must have attention to details and intergrity
• *Experience in IT field is a plus.
