■Job description
Assist to Project Manager to do following tasks but not limited to :
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite project to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Monitor the situation of the project to report Project Manager in order to deliver on-time within the scope and the budget.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Develop project team members by following Idemitsu philosophy.

 

 

■REQUIREMENTS
MUST
Gender：Male
Age：Under 37 years old
Education level：BS degree in Mechanical/Processing field
Language：Good command of written and spoken English and ability to prepare reports and statistics
No. of experienced year：At least 5 years of working experience proven in project management
Key experience：
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of processing, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Ability to plan and see “big picture”
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Ready to work overtime, go on business trip, work at site
- Good command of written and spoken English and ability to prepare reports and statistics.
- Excellent time and project management skills
