AINovation has 1 openinng for experienced and motivated Business and System Analyst who will join our dynamic CRM Product Team in the midst of exciting product development.
The ideal candidates for these roles will be motivated and excited to take responsibility for working with both developers and users to implement CRM products, as well as utilize data and user feedback to suggest improvements. Someone who has strong analytical skills in addition to knowledge of CRM is preferable. If you have the desire to work in a startup environment-things move extremely fast and change quite a bit around here, we would like to meet you.
As a Business and System Analyst, you will:
- Perform business analysis functions to support the implementation of CRM projects;
- Manage and analyze the data that companies collect about customers;
- Elicit, evaluate, and document business requirements and use cases;
- Understand and document integration and data flow between various applications
- Develop and document new and changed business processes
- Perform system configuration to support end-user usage
- Work with developers to ensure understanding of both expected system behavior and restraints and limitations which should be enforce;
- Provide end-user support, including:
- Develop end-user guides, how-to instructions, training materials, and solution documents
- Provide training to end-users on delivered and supported solutions
- Provide day to day support for custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET application, performing problem and data analysis as needed to identify and resolve issues

Your Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with providing end-user support for enterprise applications in a production environment
- Demonstrated ability to write end-user documentation, business process documentation, and technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes or conditions
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- You have 2 years’ experience performing business and systems analysis in an IT project environment.
