We are looking for a manual or automation tester/test lead for full development life-cycle products or maintenance products for customers from US, Europe, and Asia, to join our team! Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, task-focused and able to work well in multi-disciplinary software development life-cycles. Approved candidates will be trained in the Formos software development process and will work closely with project teams including project managers, software architects, lead developers, UI/UX designers, other QA testers and our US leadership team. You will be responsible for learning about our clients use cases, generating and executing test cases, verifying bugs and generating test reports.

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 1 - 4 year for testers and 4+ years for test leads.
- Professional testing experience in software development projects, including functional testing, systems testing, integration testing, regression testing, automated testing, security testing, and performance testing.
- Ability to carefully follow use cases and technical requirements.
- Candidates must be flexible, logical thinking and self-motivated.
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic database skills are required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience or knowledge of business analysis.
- For test lead position:
o Must be seen as a leader and mentor to junior testers.
o Review test cases and test report from junior testers.
o Strong time management skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Good experience with automation technique, frameworks/tools.
o Experience with Java/C# testing framework processes and tools are a plus.
o Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, Subversion, or CVS.
o Experience with Selenium, JMeter, SOAtest, and others.
- Knowledge of scripting language (PHP, JavaScript, etc.) will be an asset.
- Mobile application testing for iOS and Android.
