- Manage and lead a development team of 20-30 Vietnamese developers in Vietnam
- Work with development teams in projects and project delivery
- Improve Yourself in a Talented and Passionate Team
- Communicate well with Colleagues in Singapore in English
Working conditions
- Working Time: 8:30am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday 1.5 hours’ lunch break
- Office Address: 2nd Floor PJICO Tower, 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development
- Leading an Offshore Development Team of Java Web or Mobile App.
- Experienced with full SDLC
- Strong analytical, leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
Having the following skills is a plus
- Experience with native Android and native iOS
- Experience with Java Web Development
- Experience with release management
- Experience in working with an ODC
