Role and Responsibilities:
• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing);
• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery;
• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications;
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct training & coaching junior members in software engineering development if required.

* Education:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electronic & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 5 – 7 years’ working experience in software development, in which, at least 3 years in web programming.

* Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience:
(1) Technical Skill
• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the software development field;
• Experienced in various technical and development language (Especially Java, Java Web, Enterprise Solutions…)
• Firm knowledge at software engineering (from requirement definition, software design, implementation & testing);

(2) Management Skill
• Understanding/experiences in development process: CMMI or practical Agile development.
• Experience in dealing with projects that have frequent change requests & tight schedule.
• Experience in working with multi-side and cross-cultured customers.
• Experience in handling big-size projects and/or supports/monitor other leaders.

(3) Personality/Soft Skills
• Team working, open minded, long-term commitment & self-motivated;
• Very good inter-personal and communication skills with customers and project members;
• Adapt quickly with new domain, ready to work & study new technologies;
• Able to work under high pressure.

(4) Communication Language
• Fluent communication using English is a must (TOEIC 600 or higher);
• Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus.
