We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for communication, leading teams, setting milestones and managing product releases.
Who we’re looking for:
- We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for communication, leading teams, setting milestones and managing product releases. We focus on MVP style development iterations, working rapidly and prioritizing the highest-value features for the next milestone. We work rapidly, with 1-week iterations on products that are continuously changing and evolving.
- We’re looking for a Project Manager who is able to manage software development and teams in a rapidly changing environment, helping to manage the expectations and requirements of clients who range from those with many years of tech experience to those who are brand new to the software industry.
How you’ll benefit:
- We work with a wide range of global clients and varying industries, from EdTech, to FinTech, to HealthTech, and more, with clients from North America, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. This will give you the opportunity to rapidly develop your product mindset and problem-solving skills, as you define the highest value features for the products you manage.
- We handle the full product development life-cycle, so you will have the opportunity to be involved in the project management for the entire process.
- You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients, we do not work with other agencies or representatives in the middle. You will be able to improve your project management skills, problem-solving skills, soft skills, and communication skills, through regular client discussions and project planning.
- We are a fully collaborative team, with all members of the product design and development teams in-house, giving you the ability to oversee the entire project and help guide all project team members.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with clients to be the communication bridge, understand requirements, set the roadmap and demo product releases.
- Working with the development and designs teams to turn business requirements into fully functional features.
- Managing the agile development process and improving the teams velocity by removing any obstacles and helping to refine daily operations.
- Following agile methodologies and educating clients on agile processes to ensure the team is able to move at a rapid pace without any roadblocks.
- Refining the roadmap and prioritizing with both the team and the client to ensure maximum output in releases.

Your Skills and Experience
Desired Skill-set:
Must have:- Require strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Require a minimum of 2 years experience in the project management field
- Require a deep knowledge of project management, specifically agile and scrum development processes.
- Familiar with creating roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs
- Comfortable communicating with clients from a range of countries and backgrounds, ensuring that the product is properly understood by all involved.
- Experience managing teams of developers and designers
- Experience managing client relationships remotely
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as an agency or service company
Who we’re looking for:
