- Building database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role.
- Designing and implementing databases in accordance to end user’s information needs and views.
- Defining users and enabling data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.

- Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
- Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
- Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
- Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards.
- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity.
- Monitor database performance implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.
- Senior member of a team responsible for day-to-day maintenance of a large application of Web applications and databases
- Windows based web & database applications support, multi-location server/application design and operations of the Hosted environment.

Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Database Administrator position.
- Technically fluent in BI and Analytics applications.
- Extensive database experience with MS SQL.
- Hands-on DB and Server troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications.
- Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools.
- Experience in supporting proprietary software with a database in the backend is a plus.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Working experience with a managed release process and quality assurance disciplines.
