For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for .NET C# Technical Lead to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. The .NET C# Technical Lead will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job.

Their client from the Netherlands offers an online booking system which allows their customers to create their own availability and allow their clients to book their time. On top of the online booking system, their system also provides a coaching system and client management system.

- Communicate directly and collaborate closely with our counterparts in Holland
- Lead design, estimation and implementation of IT system related business solutions
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Research new technologies and implement demo.
- Ability to adapt to changes, take up multiple roles based on project demands and ensure the best results
- Acts as a team leader for developers and technical experts."

- At least 5 years background in product development (.NET C#)

- At least 2 years in leadership positions

- Strong experience ASP.NET MVC frameworks

- Knowledge of Windows Azure strongly preferred

- Experience with high-performance and/or parallel computing is preferred

- Experience in mobile interaction with social networks (a plus)

- Able to make technical decisions and solve problems

- Able to make plans (for short and long terms)

- Good at presentation and reporting

- Advanced in English communication documentation

- Able to manage and config servers

- Able to manage/lead team size up to 10

- Lead/mentor team member

- Setting KPIs for team’s performance

- Code reviewing
