Tek Experts is a global, and rapidly growing IT and business services company. We are looking for a passionate, expert Project Manager to lead a major development project, taking it to а successful business launch and beyond.

The hands-on Project Manager will lead the development of an innovative new tool that supports customer services operations. The tool has been developed using up-to-date methodologies and technologies and is managed as an international project. This position is a unique opportunity to play a significant part in the development of an innovative solution.

Responsibilities:

• The project manager takes responsibility of managing a scope of about 10 members to large projects simultaneously;
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, changes, presenting and interfacing with vendor;
• Building and managing a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
• Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues
• Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
• Directs, motivates and develops teams.
• Effectively communicate status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experiences in software development & 2 years of experience in manager position, having full application development to deployment experience.
• Proven success in strategic management, leadership, planning and organizational skills required.
• Strong skills in negotiating services and software agreements with software and service vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, regardless of audience, presentation or forum.
• Develop talent such that the team achieves their full potential.
• Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management
• Deep knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
• Good communication in English
