Tóm tắt công việc
- Thực hiện thi công lắp đặt hạ tầng mạng, xây dựng IT Room, Access Control, Camera,…
- Hỗ trợ sự cố liên quan đến thiết bị đầu cuối (laptop, pc, máy in, …)
- Tiếp nhận và lên phương án giải quyết sự cố của khách hàng
- Kiểm tra và đánh giá mức độ hoạt động của thiết bị định kỳ
- Bảo hành thiết bị gặp sự cố cho khách hàng
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Điện tử viễn thông, Kỹ thuật
- Có kiến thức về các hệ thống: Networking, Security, CCTV, PA, Acess Control.
- Kinh nghiệm: 1-2 năm ở vị trí làm việc
- Tinh thần làm việc, và thái độ tốt
- Kỹ năng sắp xếp, lên kế hoạch công việc, quản lý thời gian hiệu quả
- Có trách nhiệm, chịu áp lực cao, làm việc độc lập
- Có tinh thần cầu tiến.
