Tóm tắt công việc
- Vận hành hệ thống ứng dụng theo lịch định kỳ.
- Giám sát hoạt động hệ thống ứng dụng lõi, hệ thống chuyển mạch, cổng thanh toán, hệ thống ATM, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động thông suốt 24x7.
- Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, phân tích và xử lý các yêu cầu hoặc lỗi phát sinh trên hệ thống ứng dụng.
- Trích xuất dữ liệu, xây dựng các báo cáo số liệu theo yêu cầu.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với các đối tác nước ngoài thường xuyên (hàng ngày), xử lý sự cố, kiểm thử, nâng cấp hệ thống.
Yêu cầu công việc
Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học trở lên, ngành Công nghệ thông tin.
Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 01 năm vận hành hệ thống công nghệ thông tin ngân hàng.
Có kinh nghiệm về lập trình Oracle SQL
Các yêu cầu khác:
- Phân tích hệ thống công nghệ thông tin, tổ chức công việc cá nhân, và làm việc nhóm.
- Làm việc, giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh với đối tác nước ngoài.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, năng động, trung thực.
- Vui vẻ, hòa đồng, cẩn thận.
