The role of a Business Analyst at Kootoro is to:
- Partner with internal business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements
- Battle for the project & team success, do what it takes to get it done, on-time, using Scrum or Kanban
- Train othersand share best practices

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
● Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)
● Support and upgrade implemented systems
● Work on a variety of enterprise applications and problems
● Plan, prioritize and deliver systems enhancements

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
● BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
● 4 years of work experience including managing the full implementationlifecycle for delivery of systems solutions (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)
● Systems experience in one or more business domains
● Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
● Ability to learn a new business domain and build subject matter expertise in a short period
● Strong analytical skills
