The position is for engineering account management Role. The individual will support customers (Licensee, Carrier, Local Brand) to manage product roadmap and planning. Candidate needs to work closely with the customer to pre-define device specification (IMS, UI, camera, etc) and exchange with internal team on the technical feasibility. Align customer schedule and launch plans with QC software release schedule. As the account management lead, drive customer on training needs, design review, technical support and issue escalation with dedicated CE team. For the projects working with other regions licensee, candidate will need to drive other regions TAM to follow up issue resolution. Must be able to define/understand customer technical request and deliver to internal team for appropriate execution. Will be interfacing with Business Development/Product Marketing team to understand project time-to-market and achieve customer’s goal. To provide regular update of customer project status to upper management team. Good communications skills at all level, being proactive to interact with customer and internal global team are advantages.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 6-8 years' of professional work experience in the following areas:
- Account Management on technical perspective
- Sound knowledge of mobile/wireless device industry
- Hardware or software experience in mobile or wireless communication design is advantage
- Understanding of technical issues that raised by customers
- Able to narrow down and define the issue at the screening stage and work with respective CE team
- Understanding of smartphone design cycle and risks associate throughout the process
- Project management experience in wireless mobile industry, PMP certificate is an advantage
- Software or hardware experience in smartphone development process
- Good cross-functional team communication and management skills.

Education Requirements
BEng degree in Electronics, Electrical or related
