• Define the performance test strategy for complex cross-functional new developments
• Maintain our performance test framework and propose evolutions aligned with our customer expectations and with our growth
• Define and execute performance test campaigns to measure the response times of our application under various levels of load
• Measure and report quality metrics on a regular basis to the Management
• Coordinate investigations with development teams and DevOps team to find the root cause of our performance issues and propose improvement action plans when necessary
• Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process

Work Experience
• Degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as Performance test engineer, previous experience as Test or Incident Manager would be a plus
• Previous experience in software development would be a plus
Skills
• Experience in defining performance test strategies for complex systems
• Experience in planning and coordinating performance tests: measuring response times and resources usage, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating root cause analysis
• Experience with performance test tools (Gatling, Jmeter …), including scripts creation and execution, familiar with monitoring tools (CPU, memory, logs …)
• Very good interpersonal skills, able to work with various cross functional teams to deliver high quality product
• Strong analytical skills, excellent problem solving skills
• Analytical and structured work method
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Experience with Jira and agile development lifecycle would be a plus

ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
