• Develop, execute test plans and report according to software requirements.
• Set up various test conditions and work with many Mac and Windows Operating Systems to verify functionality, data content, performance, usability, playability, and software compatibility.
• Responsible for Test Strategy, Test Plan
• Manage team and responsible for quality of all products/ projects from QA team.
• Training/ Coaching members
• Attending trainings and mentor new QA team members.

• Minimum 3 years software test experience. Good understanding of software development cycle, test processes, and life cycle of bugs. Able to write test cases or editing test plan templates/suites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work directly with producers and engineers.
• Self-starter – must be able to work minimum supervision; able to thinks “Outside the box” and tests “against the grain”.
• Good organizational skills, ability to remain focused, and act quickly in times of uncertainty.
• Competent with Windows OS, Mac iOS, and MSFT tools and some SQL and UNIX.
• Good knowledge of all major internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, AOL).
• Ability to follow through and complete tasks with minimal supervision and guidance - self starter.
