Responsibilities
- You will have a hand in both front- and back-end systems of our application, help set technical direction, and build up the capabilities of the team.
- You will play an active role in designing new features. As a senior, your input is critical for making the right decisions.
- You will be troubleshooting and resolving technical issues & bugs reported by customers or our application monitoring tools.
- We care greatly about code quality, and you are expected to help improve our practices and help clean up legacy systems.

Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web application development for junior poistion
- Excellent working knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
- Excellent working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with component based front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with test driven development.
- Experience from a startup environment is a plus.
