JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a Master Technical Recruiter who will be devoted to finding the best engineers for our development team. You will be responsible for spearheading all recruitment efforts from beginning to end; it will be everything from establishing the hiring process to onboarding our newest employees, including:

● Creating attention-grabbing job advertisements.
● Utilizing your professional network to source candidates.
● Setting up recruitment processes.
● Ensuring that Orange Logic is compliant with all rules and regulations of Vietnam.
● Screen candidates based upon job requirements.
● Perform managerial reference checks.
● Draft offer letters and contracts.
● Work cross-collaboratively with development and HR in Orange Logic’s various locations.

● 4+ years’ experience recruiting for IT roles (Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX,etc.).
● Proficiency with the English language(both verbally and written).
● A proven track record of hiring for technical positions.
● An understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment.
● Experience working with development teams.
● Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes.
● The ability to work both independently and with a team of recruiters.
