Tóm tắt công việc
• Manage salary payment to company accuracy and on time
• Manage attendance record and leaves, bonus and OT time for employee
• Handle the employment contract management;
• Conduct PIT and PIT finalization report monthly/yearly
• Manage social insurance, health insurance and Unemployment insurance
• Be in charge of extra health insurance program
• Be responsible for handling staff benefits and bonus
• Analysis labor cost and report to all team manager as requested
• Administer compensation and benefit plan
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as PIT, leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Check cash payment requests to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies, internal rules, and local regulations
• In charge of purchasing for all offices. Monitoring payment to vendor, reconciliation between vendor line item report with general ledger on monthly basic.
• Other task will be assigned by Office Manager, CEO
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience as HR Generalist, C&B senior, or relevant role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law or related majors.
• Have at least 4 - 5 years of working experiences
• Good command in both Vietnamese and English.
• Understand Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law.
• Good computer skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in analytical techniques, Skill of synthesis, analysis,
• Ability to keep information confidential, honest, fair.
