- PM is responsible for overall work management and human resource management of SD Office, ensuring the implementation of assigned projects with quality and efficiency using optimal resources to meet the business progress requirements.
- PM is responsible for assigning tasks to leaders and employees of SD and managing the use of resources, progress, quality of tasks, as well as follows and push teams to meet the requirements of superiors
- PM manages and is responsible for deploying and managing the quality of SD teams.
- PM is the interactive focal point of SD Office with the departments, internal departments of the Company and partners (if necessary)
- PM is responsible for connecting, supporting, and interacting among team leaders as well as with BA, QC, DevOps, System Admin, IT ... ..
- PM monitors and checks the workflow on GIT as well as support DevOps team when needed to build and deploy a new version of the application
- PM builds processes for quality management code (convention, checklist, review code ...).
- PM develops plans and implements seminars, training programs, introduces new technologies for SD staff
- PM is responsible for building human resources of SD Department to meet business requirements in each development period of the Company

Your Skills and Experience
- University degree, preferably in IT field/E-commercial
- At least 7-10 years of working experience
- Mastered at least one project management methodology
- Having the ability to describe the technical things in simple way
- Having the strong self-planning skill
- Having the ability to handle multi task to response for many different requests
- Experience of working in a product company
- Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management
- Master of at least one software development estimation method
- Project management, Problem solving skills
- Software programming languages and business analysis skill are a plus
- E-commercial and payment method are a plus
- High sense of organization and responsibility
- Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
