1. Linux server operation
- Manage and maintain server hardware and operating systems.
- Daily monitoring and maintenance of servers, applications.
- Troubleshooting skills with Linux system Centos and Web application Apache, Tomcat
- Maintaining monitoring system Zabbix, Grafana
- EDM Application management.

2. Application operation
- Operate and maintain Middleware infrastructure (Apache, Tomcat) for EDM application.
- Maintain good documentation of EDM data & statistics report of EDM application,
end users training.
- Prepare and make required documents for EDM HQ when they request.
- Support and maintain the implementation of EDM application.

1. Linux server operation
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6-15 years of Linux system administration experience.
- Practical knowledge of system performance tuning including OS, middleware, JVM, and
application.
- Ability to support and diagnose real (hardware, software and network) issues for a production environment.
- Advanced/Intermediate experience in ww Apache httpd and Tomcat.
- Working understanding of programming/scripting skills
- Familiarity with open-source software such as Elasticsearch, Cassandra, kafka and flume.
- Proficiency in bash shell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience programming Java or Python is preferred.
- Work with other system administrators, engineers and vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Advanced/Intermediate experience in MySQL Database.
- Experience with network L7/L2 switch experience.
- Having high responsibilities, hard working, good positive attitude and strong mental under
high pressure.
- Very good teamwork abilities, working independently and can work under high pressure

2. EDM Application operation
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of Linux administration experience.
- Strong experience with the Middleware Infrastructure (Tomcat, Apache) 1 year and 3 year Application management.
- 1 year VOC (user requests) application management.
Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Offfice(Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc), Internet Explorer.
- Experience using JIRA and confluence tools
- Having good logical thinking, creative, hard-working, excellent communication (well explained and
persuasive) with customers.
- Scripting knowledge such as Python is a plus.
- Java developer experience.
- Having high responsibilities, hard working, good positive attitude and strong mental under
high pressure.
- Very good teamwork abilities, working independently and can work under high pressure
