CodeLink is an innovative and design-focused development studio made up of an international mix of Designers and Developers. We work with start-ups to launch their products and win the market. Our main stacks are Rails, Python, NodeJS, ReactJS and ReactNative. We have built products in different industries, including Finance, Education, Entertainment, HR etc.

We are building an engineer-first environment. We want all members to grow with the company through hands-on projects and industry best practices. Our clients have an extremely high expectation and that sets a bar for our quality of work.

We choose React and React Native because of the "learn once, write anywhere" approach. Our engineers can comfortably develop apps for web, iOS and Android using the same skills and mindsets.

We are willing to adopt new and proven technologies, provided that they bring business values to our clients and learning opportunities for our engineers. We have our freedom to choose and recommend what solutions are best for a certain project. Redux, Observables, ImmutableJS, Typescript, Jest, GraphQL , Apollo, Docker... are applied across our teams.

What you'll be doing:

- Working on Web and Mobile products for a diverse range of Clients and industries
- Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with Rails / Node.js and React / React-Native
- Working with Product Owner to convert business requirements into technical designs
- Cooperating with UI Designer to implement modern minimalist designs into production
- Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills: Redux, Observables, ImmutableJS, FlowType, Jest, GraphQL , Docker...
- Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment
- Contributing to the local Tech Ecosystem by mentoring, writing articles and joining events

Desired Skill-set:

Must have:

- Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile or web development.
- Require solid Front-End knowledge in Javascript and/or HTML/CSS.
- Require fluency with web technologies like REST API, security, performance, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good to have:

- Familiar with deployment, scaling, monitoring and performance tuning
- Familiar with knowledge of relational database systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Familiar with Agile Process and Scrum Methodologies
- Familiar with Extreme Programming methodologies of TDD (Test Driven Development), Refactoring and Continuous Integration
