- Work closely with other Tech Leads to define and adapt good practices and software quality measures to the company's process.
- Advocate and ensure the teams to follow and achieve the standard.
- Write testable, readable code as well as participate into code review process.
- Mentor and coach the teams to develop architectural skills as well as making decisions.
- Be the first to explore and try out new tools, technologies and/or implement prototypes to support business's needs.
- Give talks, workshops to share experiences or learning.

Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a Tech Lead who meets our mandatory requirements and at least one of the Strengths.
Mandatory:
- At least 5 years professional experience as with Java enterprise technologies.
- Has experiences with other programming/scripting languages like Javascript, Python, Bash.
- Has experience in architecting software systems.
- Has experience in leading or coaching a teams.
- Proven applying Clean Code principles, Test-Driven Development, good practices in work.
- Fluent in Engish.
- Experienced in developing API (i.e RESTful, SOAP, [g]PRC, etc)
- Experienced in web security (i.e XSS, CSRF, CORS, CSP).
- Experience with high throughput system.
Front-End Strengths:
- More than 3 years experience with Javascript Frontend frameworks (i.e Angular, React, Vue.js)
- Strong in developing responsive web application (HTML, CSS).
- Familiar with designing architecture for scalable system.
- Have experience with clustering, replication.
- Have experience with AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
- Has assumed position of Technical Architect or Tech Lead role.
