Description of Job

• You will be in charge of all web projects, and manage the web team.
• You will be the product owner from analysis, product management to overall project management : analysis, tasks prioritization, and team management.
• You’ll be in charge of releases : timeline, deadlines, coordinations between team members, from Business, Product, QC and Engineering teams.
• You’ll be in charge of daily follow up on team tickets and reports.
• You’ll apply all Agile Scrum Best Practices : daily standups, follow ups, sprint planning, retrospective, etc.
• You’ll support and coordinate Regional Product team on releases (UAT, support follow up).
• You’ll manage processes of development and incidents escalation.
• Analyze competition of alternative products in the market.
• Responsible for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives.
• Compile historical data from previous Iterations/Releases and provide it for team-wide use and future estimating activities.
• Provide status reports, presentations and demonstrations to all levels of management.

• Strong communication skills to all levels of management.

• Proven experience and results regarding SEO/SEM optimization.
• Experience with software development from concept to launch.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
