Are you ready to take your career up a level? We are seeking a DevOps with driven technologist, strong technical and programming skills and proven problem solving ability.
You'll have the opportunity in contributing to:
- Assess, identify, recommend DevOps policy and procedures impacted by change resulting from project assignments or day-to-day business process areas priorities.
- Recruit, form and technically lead a small team taking dev ops projects from concept through to launch.
- Play an integral role in designing and developing continuous delivery, automation and build pipelines that will help the scrum teams delivery fast with minimal technical impediments.
- Enhance our talent pool ensuring that our team’s skills and practices are leading edge and aligned to HUB’s strategy.
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve our processes and tools specifically for Automation.
- Manage day-to-day individual workload and pipeline of procedure and communication requests.
- Monitoring milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of schedule and identify/ mitigate risk.
- Make sure the execution of the builds and deployments to all environments based on build schedule happens.

Your Skills and Experience
Your skills & experience
- Bachelor degree or certificate in IT/computer-related discipline and “hands-on” mobile development experience.
- At least 2 years in similar role, responsible for leading the DevOps, Continuous Delivery and Automation practices and roadmap.
- Good English communication (write, read, speak and listen).
- An extensive background in developing/operating large-scale cloud-based distributed applications and well-versed in standard methodologies.
- Laser focus and be able to design infrastructure solutions for scalability, reliability, high availability, performance, security, software maintainability, and operational excellence.
- Ability to "fix the plane while in flight" (not just support greenfield solutions); prioritize existing technical and infrastructure debt and experience to build and execute a plan to pay it off.
- Experienced with multiple devops tools – Git, Stash, Maven, Gradle, TeamCity, Jenkins etc. and able to program Java, Groovy, Shellscript, etc. at high level.
- Independently driven, proactive, accountable, reliable and be a good team player.
- The ability to travel as business requires (e.g.: Indonesia, South Africa and India)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer and experienced working with mobile development teams is a plus.
