- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
- Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required
- Installation, configure and administer the application
- Updating and amending existing applications
- Monitoring, backups, performance tuning and regular checking Application status
- Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application
- Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
- Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer
- Work closely with the BA/SA/Dev and other teams to assist in Application related duties
- Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures.
- Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank."

Your Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of programming languages: Java, .Net, XML, SQL (in order of priority)
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, Unix (in order of priority)
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle DB administration and monitoring/tuning (in order of priority)
- Good analytical incident and problem solving skills
- Good & accurate records keeping
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, where the technology is constantly changing
- Have to observe how activities are being performed step by step, and then find ways to make each process more efficient.
- Application Backups and Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery
- Plus point: experience in administrating banking systems (Treasury/Corebank/Internet banking/Risk) and/or financial systems.
