- Confirm and clearly understand background, objectives and business issues to be solved and make sure the team understands those too.
- Participate in Requirement definition and system design with producers in Japan. Break downs Requirement into Backlog items and control priority order, status, delivery plan of those Backlog items.
- Work as a contact point, support project team to understand requirement/request from Japanese customers as a Bridge System Engineer and Business Analysis. Presides Requirement/ Backlog related team meetings
- In charge of related Reporting tasks (weekly report, TV meeting …)
- Cooperate with Development Managers/ Leaders to solve issues (resources/ technical issues, change requests, operation troubles, investigation requests, customers’ inquiries …)

General requirements:
Years of experiences: At least 6 months studying or working in Japan.
Minimum career level: Experienced
Minimum education level: College

- Excellent in Japanese speaking and writing and reading (2 kyu level)
- Good at English is a plus
- Have worked as a developer for at least 1 year.
- Basic and detailed design experience in Japanese.
- DB design Experience, DB/Table creation is a plus.
- Strong Analytical skill
- Interest in an Internet marketing is desirable.
