Recruitment Specialist(SV) enhances each project in CC Division by recruiting to professional, or potential, high-motivated contact center employees in OM, TM, Agents positions who supply each client's and project's requirement.
- who has good knowledge, attitude, impression and manner on business for any job opening/posting
- who has experiences of Manager level recruitment, mass recruitment(recruit a lot of people), recruitment in a short period of time by oneself
- who has good skill to manage candidate list, job opening list, effective analizing by software
- who can build up strategic plan for recruitment through annual staff plan
- who can make a good relationship with any educational institutions, recruitment companies and communities to prepare/recruit employees
- who has high motivated and can suggest any effective recruitment by database or evidence
- who can get information and analize any competitiveness job opening situation
- who prepare and hold job fair for recruitment
