- Experience as Ruby on Rails developer (All Level)
- Experience with web front-end such as HTML, JavaScript, CoffeeScript, CSS, SASS, jQuery.
- Experience with RESTful API
- Experience with database system (Postgres, MongoDB)
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Angular JS, React JS is a plus
- Experience with Firebase is a plus
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge in Ruby on Rails and Web Front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3
- Experienced working with more than one Ruby on Rails frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 01 year of working experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong web backend experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Experience with database systems is MySQL.
- Experience with Cache (Redis, Memcache...) or Worker (Sidekiq, ActiveJob) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Redmine plugin.
- Self-improver with Can-do mindset.
- Clean and efficient code lover.
- A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
- Good teamwork and reliability.
- Experience with web framework. For example, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, Express.js
- Motivation to learn a new programming language
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- At least basic experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React JS/Redux, Vue JS or Angular JS.
- Experience in writing automated tests for web applications.
- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
- Believe that building great applications is not only about delivering code that “works”, but involves thinking about reusability, maintainability, security and performance.
- A "Can do attitude" and a product mindset.
- Confidence in communicating in English..
