• Play role of application owner (lead DevOps team, responsible for timely development of new features with required quality, proactive customer communication, stable application operations)
I. Key responsibilities
1. General:
• Manage work and cooperation of System analysts, Developers, QA and IT Operations for applications in charge.
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development. Monitor individual performance
• Implement and continuously improve SDLC (improve throghoutput, quality of deliverable, quality of code - implement coding stangards, quality of test - ensure complete test coverage, quality of analysis - ensure quality of analysis)
• Ensure SW is build according to target application and security guidelines
• Lead communication and create collaborative environment with business
• Providing the knowleage to make the best solution of the business development
• Follow Bank and IT processes, contribute to their improvement
• BI/Data/Reporting related:
• Deliver a high quality, responsive and efficient ETL/BI/report development
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
2. Experiences:
• At least 2 years working as Development Manager
• Experience of supervision of a department
• Experience of working in a pressured and complex environment requiring prioritisation of workloads and negotiation of delivery timescales
• An understanding of bank business processes and constraints.
• Extensive experience and expert knowledge in Business Intelligence Reporting tools of Microsoft/Oracle, Data warehouse
• Knowning the database MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle,
• Extensive experience in Data Warehouse, Data model, Data mart, design Database
• Extensive experience in IBM NETEZZA or IIAS Database/ETL in IBM InfoSphere Information Server/IBM Cognos BI
• Extensive experience in EDW project implementation.
3. Skills
• Can communicate in English (mandatory)
• Good skills of communication, influence, leardership, organising, controlling skill
• Good customer service skill
• Negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
