Position title: IT Helpdesk
Salary range: 10 - 19 Million VNĐ
Work location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibility:
 
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk plus portal www.helpdesk.cgv.vn 
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-serve based on priority and follow up with user to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
  • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
  • Document internal procedures
  • Assist with onboarding of new users
  • Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, hardware and software licenses
  • Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
  • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
  • The helpdesk staff at cinemas also manages the POS system and the business software then forward to each team who is handling their task: infrastructure / application / Web application team.
Job requirement:
  • Computer science or Information Technology Colleges/ university graduate.
  • Experience of 2 years of services desk and supporting a large group of users of more than 50 within a LAN environment.
  • Experience using Helpdesk ticket system to solving user’s request.
  • Experience in define and troubleshoot for Server/ Networking devices.
  • Ability to understand and solve end-user’s problems as well as analyse business requirements.
  • Good understanding of LAN administration, System technology and database administration.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication.
