- Communicate with Japanese customers on all project-related
- Translate, analyze and transfer customer’s requests to project team members during whole development process
- Frequently & actively contact customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents
- Control project schedule and report progress status to customer, especially delivery milestones
- Control all inbound/outbound materials (documents, source codes …)
- Monitor translation progress of received materials as well as deliverables.
- Develop and perform test cases to verify deliverables.

Your Skills and Experience
- BS in Information Technology
- Japanese skills equivalent level 2 or above and can discuss directly with Japanese people and explain to other non-Japanese speaking team members
- Good English communication (at least reading/writing skill)
- Solid IT background knowledge (software applications development and testing, standards, best practices, security, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
- Good at Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) skills, SOA, design pattern, common framework, UML is a plus
- Good at logical thinking and analysis, self-motivated and eager to learn
- High responsibility and team work
- Experience in enterprise application / client-server is a plus
