As an Eclipse Plugin Development Engineer, you are involved in the whole software development life cycle (SDLC) and work with a SCRUM team following CMMI based process to develop various remarkable features from Creating Project to Debug for the Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
● Deal with all technical stuff daily.
● Collaborate with team to brainstorm and find out solutions.
● Review and debug code, document, and monitor.

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in the area of the software development to develop plugins for the IDE based on the "Eclipse"

Minimum requirements:

● Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology/ Computer science.
● In-depth knowledge of Java core, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles.
● Understand standard Unified Modeling Language (UML) and design pattern.
● Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.
● Good English communication skills (especially reading and writing).

Preferred qualification:

● Familiar with Eclipse IDE and Eclipse plugin development.
● Exceptionally self-motivated, solid interpersonal skills and a good communicator.
● Good problem-solving skills.
● Experience with Agile/ SCRUM methodology.
● Used to work with source version control (e.g., GIT, SVN).
● Have a good team working and good relationship with the others.
● Able to work well under pressure, in a team and independently.
