Job Description

1. IT service

• Receive and confirm reception of requests to users in a timely manner;
• Work independently or with team to cover main areas of IT and network support;
• Keep track of requests and communicate with users regarding their status and resolution;
• Maintain and upgrad PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) and other IT devices;
• Complete other technical tasks assigned by IT Supervisor/Manager.

2. Hardware Service

• Actively checking and updating the newest firmware version information of smart phones with careful testing;
• Updating information about latest firmware version for team to use for production;
• Giving an effective support to the production teams all information related to Hardware or given task.


3. IT Administration/Management

• Suggest the periodical purchase of IT hardware/software if needed;
• Communicate with users on IT policies and processes effectively.

What do you need to complete your task:

1. Attitudes and behaviors:

• Possessing customer/service oriented mentality
• Being proactive, willing to learn and to work overtime when requested
• Being social, communicative, calm and flexible when dealing with users
• Being innovative, cooperated, responsible, disciplined timely and accurate in performing tasks
• Willing to work overtime for urgent matters.

2. Qualifications and Experiences:

• At least 3 year in IT supporting/IT Helpdesk;
• Good knowledge in PC and other IT devices’ hardware/software/connectivity, including Windows and Linux operating systems, good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and trouble-shooting issues;
• Fair English; Speak and Write;
• Good knowledge in network, server, corporate web tool/application and telecommunications systems;
• Good knowledge and strong interest in mobile devices; especially operation system of smart phones.
