* The responsibility includes but not limited:
• Collaborate with internal IT team to handle daily IT operations for product team.
• Setup and operate network infrastructure for small size (0-100 employees) organization.
• Administer the production operation (SaaS software)
o Collaborate with US technician for managing mobile devices in data center.
o Operate AWS infrastructure for the product (servers, networking, security practices, access control lists, etc.).
• Build up DevOps infrastructure.
o Operate AWS infrastructure for the development team (servers, networking, security practices, access control lists, etc.).
o Involved in research, build and deploy tools/software for automating administrative tasks and/or product development such as production release, product quality control, product health monitoring, continuous integration, etc.
o Involved in delivering product features by provisioning dependent infrastructure like third-party services (queue, database, service bus, smtp server, etc.).
o Troubleshooting incidents and customers’ issues.

* Key requirements:
• Good knowledge and experience in computer networking and Linux OS
• Basic knowledge in AWS cloud platform.
• Have automation mindset with appropriate tools like shell scripting (Linux Bash or PowerShell), Rundeck, etc.
• Strong motivation to drive impact by making product improvements. Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
• Earning following certifications is a plus: CCNA, Linux (LPI, CompTIA, etc.), Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), DevOps (LPI, CompTIA, etc.).
• Knowledgeable and hands-on experience with Docker is a plus
* Education/training preferred:
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology
• Bachelor degree in Network Engineering
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering
