What do we need:

We are looking for a market digital leader to lead the digital team that deliver digital products and services for our distributors - ABOs (Amway Business Owners).

What’s special about this team:

This is an exciting time to join our Digital team. The team is expanding rapidly and is working toward the modernization of Amway products, applications, and more. The future job holder will report directly into the Head of Digital, Vietnam-Indonesia-Philippines-Australia & New Zealand. The future job holder will be responsible for managing deployment activities into the market in partnership with Enterprise, Market Business Partners and Market Product Owners.

How you would contribute to the role:

This position is a non-leadership role and will close engagement among the multi-market support digital group and business partners in the market. There will be minimal travel in this role.
You will be responsible for:
• Supporting ongoing channel operations support web, mobile, physical presence, etc.
• Managing operations and maintenance of digital owned channels and channels where Digital is the strategic partner.
• Executing digital rewiring throughout the organization to increase the Amway’s knowledge, aptitude and curiosity surrounding digital.
• Identifying product issues for appropriate resolutions or escalation as part of ongoing iteration work.
• Collaborate with a team of operations resources focused on the support & delivery of solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Create a consistent communication rhythm on organization and operations status, keeping leadership, global operations and functional partners in synch with overall initiative outcomes, establishing a full operational support model, driving closing cycle time and service level improvements.
• Operate in an Operations model, teaming with on-going program deployment teams, ensuring new applications and releases comply with standards and best practices that are optimized for supportability.
• Provide strategic oversight and drive team optimization and individual team member growth.
• Build & maintain strategic relationships with Amway Markets, Corporate, IT, Marketing & Sales leaders.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science

At least 05 years of significant experience working with large and/or complex digital projects, preferably across multiple platforms, and a strong understanding of Human Centered Design and the UX design process. Prior leadership experience is an advantage.

• Ability to triage, quantify, and prioritize production issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring performance of both on-premises and cloud systems using a variety of dashboards and tools.
• Partner with development teams and peers to effectively respond to production needs.
• Strong communication skills to keep Enterprise teams informed of updates, outages, and maintenance windows.
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple digital projects, as well as manage day to day operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
