The Job

• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Establish & converse intelligently with online and offline communities about both Constant and the cryptosphere in general.
• Works closely with a small team of writers and evangelists to ensure a coherent communications strategy and story across the board.
• Organize events/ workshops/ hackathon to connect engineers with Constant
• Be a trustworthy and convincing voice and presence for Constant.
• Via different social channels and forums, keep project followers and the wider crypto community updated on Constant development and vision.

• Friendly self-starter, eager to chat with new people and make connections. Capable of maintaining relationships with believers as well as converting skeptics.
• Experience launching products and growing a community using social media and communications channels such as telegram, rocket.chat, twitter, medium, etc.
• Flexible and independent. Able to formulate as well as adapt easily to new tasks and directions.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Deep behavioral understanding of the blockchain community.

• Writing experience
• Understands in detail other projects in the cryptosphere 
• Spoken Vietnamese
• Flexible communicator and generous in spirit, able to communicate concepts to developers as well as less technical audiences.
