We are looking for a QA QC member to manage quality and drive QA excellence for a range of products catering to a global client base. We work in a range of industries on a variety of web and mobile platform and are looking for an active member who is able to adapt their QA abilities to different products and industries.
We are looking for a member who takes pride in quality and improvement. We look for proactive members who also take initiative in helping not only test though also work with the team on improving product features based on observed UX complexities.
How you’ll benefit:

We work with a wide range of global clients and varying industries, from EdTech, to FinTech, to HealthTech, and more, with clients from North America, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. This will give you the opportunity to refine your skills and application knowledge whilst testing different products and platforms.
We are a fully collaborative team, with all members of the product design and development teams in-house, giving you the ability to interact with all members as you help to improve the quality of the products you work on.
What you'll be doing:

Understanding product requirements and functionalities in order to come up with a test plan that covers all cases.
Working closely with project managers, designers, and developers to improve the output quality and complete Sprints in a timely manner.
Listening to clients, understanding their problems and communicating with the team to resolve. We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to maintain an effective communication channel with the clients and keep them happy.
Scheduling test plans to make sure products are properly verified before any important release or launch.
Following agile methodologies and agile processes to ensure the team is able to move at a rapid pace without any road-blocks.

Desired Skill-set:

Must have:
Require strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Require a minimum of 3 years experience in QA/QC field.
Require a deep knowledge of agile and scrum development processes.
Experience with at least one programming language: Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python
Advanced of testing methodologies, testing process, quality models, standards.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in automation tests using Selenium and Appium with Node.js/Java.
Good to have:
Good knowledge of Load/Performance testing, API testing, SQL database.
Familiar with Cucumber and BDD
Familiar with writing user stories and detailing acceptance criteria.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as an agency or service company is a plus.
Familiar with Git, Github and Pull Request.
