Tóm tắt công việc
– Giám sát hệ thống network, truyền dẫn ISP;
– Troubleshoot sự cố khách hàng tiếp nhận từ các bộ phận;
– Khai báo dịch vụ cho khách hàng FTTH, ILL, truyền số liệu…;
– Vận hành mạng tại Data Center;
– Tham gia tối ưu công cụ giám sát;
– Trao đổi cụ thể khi phỏng vấn.
Yêu cầu công việc
– Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành CNTT, viễn thông;
– Đã học hoặc có kiến thức tương đương CCNA, CCNP;
– Giao tiếp chủ động. Có khả năng phối hợp và làm việc theo nhóm tốt;
– Có kiến thức system, lập trình là lợi thế;
– Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản trị hệ thống mạng tại Data Center;
– Tiếng Anh tốt là lợi thế.
