• Ensure Business parameters are on track against the yearly target
• Proactively realize business opportunities and support in customer/project acquisition
• Be responsible for project delivery with appropriate control on Cost, Schedule and Quality
• Frequently interact, analyze and clarify customer expectation
• Ensure customer satisfaction with proactive measures
• Execute competency development basing on business development plan

Your Skills and Experience
• Strong experience with different software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM)
• Be able to educate the team to follow properly agreed Agile process
• Experience in managing large size projects with distributed teams
• Experience in project management methods
• Experience in Pre-Sales and business acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies is a plus

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
