You have to:
- Analysis requirements from Product Manager
- Choose the technology that can serve these requirements (research and resolve)
- Plan up timeline, break down tasks and estimate working time for those tasks
- Level up each other teammates
- Share your knowledge and learn new thing each other (twice a month)
- Proactive at work (ask, support, research, suggest)

Your Skills and Experience
Backend:
- At least 3 years Backend experience
- 2+ years of experience with NodeJS - Typescript
- Strong OOP and good knowledge of design patterns
- Experience with Web Service, RESTful APIs, OAuth2/JWT
- Have knowledge 2+ years about MySQL/MongoDB
Dev skill:
- Able to use Git and follow Git-flow
- Performance Optimization (in your code)
- Good experience in clean code
- Listing features in use case
- Write documentation about your features
- Researching and resolving problems in English
Ops skill:
- Good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu Server)
Other skill is plus:
- Social network/Digital Marketing/Viral Marketing knowledge is a plus
- Docker/AWS knowledge is plus
- Have experience working with Scrum development process is plus
- Can use Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo
