What you will do
You will be leading and influencing a hand-picked team developing an enterprise SaaS platform for sales community. It is being used by hundreds of top tech companies and growing rapidly. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure. It supports web (Ruby on Rails), iOS, Android clients.
Your main responsibilities include
● Manage the resources within the offshore engineering team (developers, QAs, architects, devops…)
● Ensure the team is equipped to perform their software engineering activities
● Improve engineering practices, team’s performance and overall product quality
● Undertake resource and task planning, resource development
● Determine workflows and priorities
● Advise/review requirements analysis, design, coding, architecting and deployment
