We are currently looking for an IT Solution Sales Specialist based in our Ho Chi Minh office to support our ambitious growth strategy for the Vietnam enterprise market.
This position partners closely with our customers, channel partners and LOTTE Data Communication’s development Team to deliver customer-driven, state-of-art IT solutions
A successful candidate assists our customers in solving their IT Business environment challenges providing an excellent customer experience. As part of the presales team, the IT Solution Sales Specialist is the overall owner of the technical solutions, incorporating products and services from LOTTE’s business portfolio. The position requires a deep understanding of the IT and network and server technology for various industry from office, warehouse, distribution, cinema, showroom, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Software Solution for Retails, Smart Factory Solution, strong presales skills as well as a customer oriented, motivated personality.


Key Responsibilities
• Be our customers and partners’ trusted advisor for the LOTTE Data Communication IT product portfolio
• Work closely with Managers and development team in Korea, partners to develop enterprise IT opportunities in the Vietnam market and achieve the assigned sales objectives
• Communicate and present the LOTTE Data Communication enterprise IT products and solutions to customers and partners
• Provide customers with state - of – the - art solutions for network, server, cloud, security, datacenter, e. business and factory smart solution…
• Participate in RFQ responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value proposition, bill of materials and solution designs
• Actively developing the strong pool of suppliers, partners to provide our customer competitiveness price and solution
• Plan and support brand awareness actions in the enterprise market and attend industry events as well as technology forum

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
2. A technical background in solution architecture or sales engineering
3. Ideal candidate must have experience of IT Procurement Experience with strong IT vendor Networks
4. Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.
5. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
6. Proven track record on relationship building skills.
7. High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
8. Good English is the must but candidate who can speak Korean will be a big plus
