*** Job purpose:
We are seeking talented Technical Manager who will be responsible to manage our team of developers to create quality and innovative content for our users.

*** Job Descriptions:
• Manage the team of 6-25 developers which will include PHP developer, Android and iOS developer and Front End developer.
• Have extensive background and understanding of each technical skills in the team, being a Full Stack developer 

• Layout recruitment strategy and build the engineer and developer team under fast-growing environment of the company 

• Responsible for the on-going operations of the company’s platforms 

• Conduct project management to oversee the on-going performance and constantly look for room for improvement 

• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to devise and create new services and technologies 

• Develop internal technology and digital strategic plan to improve the competitiveness and efficiency within the industry

• Experienced and confident in managing 10+ team of people.
• 3+ years of experience as a manager, specializing in project management or technical leading. 

• 3+ years of experience as a Developer, specializing in one or more of the following languages: PHP/Ruby/Python/iOS/Android/.Net
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer, preferably PHP and Lumen. 

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience within the Mobile advertising field is a major advantage. 

• Experience with server structure (Linux, Windows server) is an advantage. 

• Ability to interview and recruit developer to the development department.

• Ability to innovate and think outside of the box. 

• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners/teams. 

• Demonstrated capacity for original thinking and independent initiative.
• Able to wear both strategic and tactical hats.
• Communicate English well.
