Famtech is a diverse team working together on a mission to make the best cryptocurrency exchange system in the world. We are looking for senior backend engineers to join our team of talented engineers that share a common interest in high scalability & security backend systems and continued development. You will build the backend systems that power our business, scale highly systems, and continuously improve our engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend for high performance and scalability system
- Take ownership for the overall development life cycle of the solution for complex projects
- Work with product managers in developing a strategy and roadmap develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
- Plan and design technical architecture and develop within stipulated time with the best quality
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning and optimization
- Collaborate with product and customer excellence teams to define and prototype feature specifications

Your Skills and Experience
- Must be highly experienced developer, having minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Experience in building complex microservices and highly scalable applications
- Strong understanding of system performance and scaling, system security
- Strong technical skills at:
- Familiar with Java and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Security, ...)
- Databases: MySQL, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, ...)
- Message Queue: RabbitMQ, Kafka, ...
- Cloud: AWS Services
- Dev tool: git, JIRA
- Devops tools: Jenkins, Docker
- Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
- Fluent in English (reading/writing)
